Through constantly upgrading our training programmes, our drivers are able to adapt quickly to the latest technologies, improving their service and thus enhancing customer satisfaction. 

Externally, embracing technology has also enabled Tong Tar to provide stronger customer experiences from enabling clients to effortlessly book or enquire about a particular service online to being able to see the location of our buses under their purview in real-time.

Tong Tar has also teamed up with a local Internet of Things (IoT) company to create a software programme and app that seeks to ensure the safety of children travelling to and from school on our school bus services. 

With IoT and secured identification practices, the app is designed to give parents peace of mind regarding their child’s safety and is currently used by more than 1,000 students and parents daily to date. 

It has also successfully reduced travelling time and allowed Tong Tar drivers to better focus on the safety of the children instead of being interrupted by menial tasks like attendance taking.
